Before we start the sync, please ensure you have activated “Category” in your Zoho settings > Items > Fields Customization.
After mapping the taxes, we will start syncing the items. Please read below carefully.
Mapping with items in Zoho: please ensure the SKU of items is the same on both platforms.
1. First enable the toggle "Import from Zoho Inventory" if you want to import items, else keep it disabled.
Accounting Stock Mode
2. Make sure to also switch to Accounting Mode if that is your stock tracking mode preference in Zoho.
3. Then click on “Composite Items Sync” if you are using the Product Bundles plugin (only for Premium version).
Disable Options
You can also disable the Stock sync completely via its own Toggle, or you can disable the product sync from WooCommerce to Zoho if you only want to import Product (changes) from Zoho to Woo.
