1. Getting Started

Thank you for choosing the CommerceBird plugin. This guideline will ensure you can setup a real-time integration between your Zoho Inventory account and your WooCommerce store.

Prerequisites: 

  • WordPress 6.5 or higher
  • WooCommerce 9.4 or higher
  • PHP 8.2 +
  • Zoho Inventory Admin account
Will it work with my WordPress Theme? 

Yes, it works with all popular Themes like Blocksy, Woodmart, Genesis, Avada, The7, Betheme, etc. However, sites that are using the Divi 4.x theme do experience connectivity issues. If you are using Divi, please upgrade to Divi 5 to avoid conflicts with our plugin. 

How to Install:

  1. Download & Activate the plugin via the WordPress Directory:

  2.  Use the subscription id which is a copyable field on the dashboard (below) and paste it in the welcome page of the plugin settings. Also make sure to activate the integration via the Integrations Table. 
  3.  Connect your store to the CommerceBird App here to get the store token. 

Important to know

  • Never duplicate products.
  • When you remove a product in WooCommerce, also ensure you remove it in Zoho! Unless it has transactions, then ensure you set the product in “Draft” mode on both platforms.
