1. Getting Started

Thank you for choosing the CommerceBird plugin. This guideline will ensure you can setup a real-time integration between your Zoho Inventory account and your WooCommerce store.

Prerequisites: 

  • WordPress 6.2 or higher
  • WooCommerce 8.0 or higher
  • PHP 7.4 +
  • Zoho Inventory Admin account

How to Install:

  1. Download & Activate the plugin via the WordPress Directory:

  2.  Use the subscription id which is a copyable field on the dashboard (below) and paste it in the welcome page of the plugin settings. Also make sure to activate the integration via the Integrations Table. 

Important to know

  • Never duplicate products.
  • When you remove a product in WooCommerce, also ensure you remove it in Zoho! Unless it has transactions, then ensure you set the product in “Draft” mode on both platforms.
  • When you switch to different Organisation ID, please remove the plugin and reinstall it.
