Connect to Zoho CRM

Connecting your store to Zoho CRM is an easy process. Please read this tutorial carefully and completely to establish the real-time connection between WooCommerce and Zoho CRM.

Create Server-based App in Zoho Console

Connecting to your Zoho CRM account has never been easier. Simply follow these steps:



Go to Plugin settings > Zoho CRM
  1. Make sure you are logged in to Zoho CRM in the same browser.
  2. Select your domain: .COM | .EU | .IN | .AU | .JP | .CN
  3. Click on the “Access zoho console” link to create your Client ID and Client Secret.
  4. Add a “Server-based application” in zoho api console.
  5. Enter the home page url: your store url (e.g. mystore.com)
  6. Enter the authorised redirect URL: copy from the grey field
  7. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret and paste it in the plugin connect page.
  8. Now click on Save.
  9. You are all done! Now proceed to Tax mapping if you have Taxes enabled in WooCommerce.
