Create Server-based App in Zoho Console

Connecting to your Zoho CRM account has never been easier. Simply follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in to Zoho CRM in the same browser.
2. Select your domain: .COM | .EU | .IN | .CN
3. Click on the “Access zoho console” link to create your Client ID and Client Secret.
4. Add a “Server-based application” in zoho api console.
5. Enter the home page url: https://app.commercebird.com
6. Enter the authorised redirect URL: https://app.commercebird.com/integrations/zoho-crm
7. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret and paste it in the plugin connect page.
8. Fill in your Zoho email address and click on connect.
9. Now click on Authorise. Now the button will turn green with the label “Store Connected”.
10. You are all done! Every new order will now get synced to Zoho CRM as a new Sales Order.
