To sync all product data properly, you need to ensure that Zoho understands your WooCommerce Tax configuration. Its important that you have a standard tax rate, if you are not using tax, then please ignore the tax step.


Make sure your Zoho Preferences look like the above to match the WooCommerce methods of handling Tax and Discounts.

Zoho Preferences > General

Do you give discounts?

  • I don’t give discounts
  • At line item level > always choose this
  • At transaction level

Do you sell your items at rates inclusive of Tax ?

  • Tax inclusive
  • Tax exclusive
  • Tax inclusive or exclusive (do not choose this)

    Choose the setting of how you entered the prices in your store's Tax Options.
