Zoho General Preferences

To sync all product data properly, you need to ensure that Zoho understands your WooCommerce Tax configuration. Its important that you have a standard tax rate, if you are not using tax, then ensure the standard rate is 0%.

Make sure your Zoho Preferences look like the above to match the WooCommerce methods of handling Tax and Discounts.

Zoho Preferences > General

Do you give discounts?

  • I don’t give discounts
  • At line item level > always choose this
  • At transaction level

Do you sell your items at rates inclusive of Tax ?

  • Tax inclusive
  • Tax exclusive
  • Tax inclusive or exclusive 

    Choose the setting of how you entered the prices in your store's Tax Options.
